Serene Homestead
This renovation helped the homeowners maximize their space and refresh their stunning home.
INTERIOR
The homeowners needed a bit more room on the inside. To accomplish this we added the Dining Room off the Kitchen along with the Powder Room and Garage. We were able to maximize space by adding a full bathroom and bedroom above the Garage with its
own access door for privacy.
EXTERIOR
This home went from a dull yellow exterior with vinyl shingle siding to a mix of Hardie horizontal lap and Hardie shingle siding in gray slate which gives the house dimension. We extended the house on the right side with a large three car garage with a bonus living area above.
